About Me

Hello. My name is Karla Firestone.

I am an ordained minister and registered clergy. My goal is to work with every couple to make your wedding ceremony a lovely, genuine, and memorable one that both you and your guests will reminisce about from the very next day to your golden anniversary—and beyond.

I proudly work with all couples of all religions, nationalities, cultures, and beliefs. I am honored to connect the lives of those who feel called to spend their lives together—a man and a woman, two men, two women…the union of any two souls is a commitment to be cherished. After all, love is love. We’re lucky to find it, and we should celebrate it when we do.

You can plan every second of every minute of the ceremony, but occasionally an overly enthusiastic friend, an antsy ring-bearer, or Mother Nature may have other ideas. As a former elementary school principal of 23 years, I am no stranger to addressing a crowd and rolling with any hiccups along the way. After all, we’re in this together! Even the most laid-back bride and groom may experience a great deal of stress and trepidation on their wedding day. But once you step in front of me and we begin the ceremony, you will feel right at home.
